Background: Tumors of the choroid plexus of the third ventricle are uncommon. Surgical excision is technically challenging because of the rich vascularisation, central location, and high incidence in young children. Open microsurgical resection is considered the standard treatment. However, attempts at purely endoscopic removal of choroid plexus tumors of the third ventricle have also been made in the past, with encouraging results.
Case Reports: We report our experience with endoscopic ultrasonic removal of two cases of tumors of the third ventricular choroid plexus. The first case was a large atypical choroid plexus papilloma (WHO grade 2) in the anterior third ventricle associated with hydrocephalus; the second case was a smaller choroid plexus papilloma (WHO grade 1) in the middle/posterior third ventricle without overt hydrocephalus requiring a more anterior neuronavigation guided approach.
Discussion And Conclusion: Choroid plexus papillomas of the third ventricle can be safely treated by a purely endoscopic approach because they are usually smaller than their counterparts in the lateral ventricle and often have a recognizable vascular pedicle. Early detection and control of the vascular pedicle at the choroidal border is key to success. The use of ultrasonic aspirator facilitates and expedites endoscopic access. By alternating surface coagulation with fragmentation and aspiration with the ultrasonic aspirator, the tumor can be removed without difficult dissection maneuvers.

Background: ALG8-congenital disorder of glycosylation (ALG8-CDG) is a rare inherited metabolic disorder leading to severe multisystem manifestations, with no reported prenatal patients to date.
Methods: We describe two fetuses from a single family with ALG8-CDG presenting with prenatal hydrops, undergoing comprehensive prenatal ultrasound, umbilical cord blood biochemistry, autopsy, placental pathology, and genetic testing.
Results: Prenatal ultrasound revealed fetal hydrops, skeletal anomalies, cardiac developmental abnormalities, cataracts, echogenic kidneys and bowel, oligohydramnios, choroid plexus cysts, and intrauterine growth restriction.

Background: The association between [F]Flortaucipir (FTP) and [F]MK6240, two commonly used tau‐PET tracers in Alzheimer’s disease (AD), varies due to distinct binding properties and off‐target signal regions. Our study aims to elucidate the biological factors influencing this association and evaluate the applicability of a common equation across different on‐target regions.
Method: 113 individuals from the HEAD dataset (11 young, 58 cognitively unimpaired elderly, and 44 cognitively impaired) underwent [F]MK6240, [F]FTP and Aβ‐PET scans.

Background: Differences between on‐ and off‐target retention characteristics between [F]MK6240 and [F]Flortaucipir (FTP) complicate the harmonization across tracers. Our objective here was to separate the impact of the reference region by evaluating correlations between [F]MK6240 (MK) and [F]FTP standard uptake values (SUVs).
Method: Participants (Figure 1, n=90) received an amyloid‐β (Aβ) PET scan ([C]PIB or [F]NAV4694) and two tau‐PET scans: [F]MK (90‐110 minutes post‐injection) and [F]FTP (80‐100 minutes post‐injection).
