This Extracorporeal Life Support Organization guideline describes early rehabilitation or mobilization of patients on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). The guideline describes useful and safe practices put together by an international interprofessional team with extensive experience in the field of ECMO and ECMO rehabilitation or mobilization. The guideline is not intended to define the delivery of care or substitute sound clinical judgment.

Within mindfulness-based programs (MBPs), mixed results have been found for the role of childhood trauma as a moderator of depression outcomes. Furthermore, childhood trauma and PTSD symptoms have been identified as possible risk factors for the occurrence of meditation-related adverse effects (MRAE). The present research examined multiple forms of childhood trauma and PTSD symptoms as predictors of depression treatment outcomes and MRAEs.

Objective: This study aims to construct a training course and quality evaluation index system for chronic disease Medication Therapy Management service (MTMs) that is suitable for China's national conditions. It seeks to provide tools and a scientific foundation for assessing the quality of MTMs training.
Methods: Drawing from domestic and international literature and combining with the practice of chronic disease medication management by Chinese pharmacists, a preliminary framework for the evaluation index system was established.
The Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE®) Standards and Interpretive Guide provides the required elements for educational programs and establishes critical competencies necessary to prepare students to become entry-level occupational therapists (OTs) or occupational therapy assistants (OTAs). The Standards review process is completed every 5 years to ensure that the entry-level educational standards reflect current occupational therapy practice. ACOTE uses a comprehensive review process to ensure participation by all stakeholders and communities of interest.

Local Problem: Our current MOC lacks standardization and formal integration of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), resulting in reduced clinician satisfaction and limited patient access.
