We report a preliminary survey of the endophytic bacterial microbiota of seed from wild carrot (Daucus carota) using 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing. , , , and were the most abundant phyla detected, while , , , , Pseudomonas, , , and were the most abundant genera.
