It is well known that stress can increase the risk of heart attack and stroke although the exact way it does this is unknown. This information is particularly more relevant in a post COVID-19 era where healthcare workers are increasingly facing more stressful working conditions. Thus, it is important to look into alternative methods to deal with stress including meditation and yoga which have shown potential.

Purpose: This pilot study was the first of its kind to examine the experiences of people with persistent pain engaging in a six-week iRest for Pain group program as part of multidisciplinary pain care.
Method: The present study used a qualitative, phenomenological design and reflexive thematic analysis to gain an understanding of the firsthand experience of patients who participated in the iRest for Pain group program. This program was offered in a specialist outpatient pain management service within a regional public hospital in Victoria, Australia.

One underlying factor is the age-related decline of ovarian reserve (DOR), which can lead to a higher chance of infertility and has no widely accepted treatment currently.
