Unlabelled: Intracranial complications in inflammatory diseases of the ear and nose are currently not frequent, but their lethality remains high. The choice of optimal, safe and effective access in surgical treatment of purulent-inflammatory intracranial complications remains a subject of discussions and is based on an individual approach, depends on the volume, localization and clinical condition of the patient.
Objective: To demonstrate a clinical case of successful drainage of the brain frontal lobe abscess using endoscopic transnasal access under the control of the navigation system.

Purpose Of The Study: improving the surgical treatment of biliary pancreatitis by using a universal retractor and improved methods of omentobursostomy with drainage of the omental bursa.
Study Design: Non-randomized controlled clinical trial Material and methods: This study included thirty-nine patients who underwent surgical procedures between October 2022 and September 2023 in Semey, located in the Abay region. The study examined the general characteristics of surgical interventions performed for acute biliary pancreatitis using our proposed treatment methods and devices to improve the outcomes of acute biliary pancreatitis.
[Clinical case: bladder necrosis after prostate embolization in a patient with prostatic hyperplasia].

This article describes a clinical case of bladder necrosis developed after X-ray endovascular embolization of prostatic arteries of a 62-year-old patient with a verified diagnosis of BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia). The complication resulted in the necessity of urgent surgical intervention, namely, laparotomy, cystprostatectomy and bilateral percutaneous nephrostomy. In the early postoperative period the patient had intense cutting pain in the left side of the abdomen.

The investigation included 160 young children (1 day - 3 years of age).

Unlabelled: Severe acute pancreatitis is one of the most difficult problems in emergency abdominal surgery. Mortality among patients with this disease ranges from 20 to 80 percent. The use of staged surgical intervention in the treatment of purulent complications of acute severe pancreatitis may affect not only the risk of open surgery, but also the number of post-operative complications.
