Atopic dermatitis (AD), a common chronic inflammatory skin disorder is characterized by a complex pathology with skin-barrier abnormalities, immune dysregulation, and microbial dysbiosis. Patients' quality of life is often negatively impacted by persistent pruritus, sleep disturbance, and recurrent skin infections. In addition, patients may have comorbid atopic as well as nonatopic diseases.

Background: The quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) coach role was developed for hospital-based resuscitation teams. This supplementary team member (CPR coach) provides real-time, verbal feedback on chest compression quality to compressors during a cardiac arrest.
Objectives: To evaluate the impact of a quality CPR coach training intervention on resuscitation teams, including presence of coaches on teams and physiologic metrics of quality CPR delivery in real compression events.

Background: Targeted cystic fibrosis (CF) carrier screening panels may lack sensitivity in non-European ancestry groups. This study aims to evaluate the sensitivity of various panels in Australian CF carriers identified through sequencing.
Methods: The following panels were evaluated in 869 CF carriers: Asuragen, Elucigene, Devyser, American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics and Victorian Clinical Genetics Services.

Background: Intraoperative radiotherapy (IORT) is considered a de-escalating adjuvant treatment for breast cancer low-risk patients. However, the broader criteria applied by the Taiwan IORT Study Cooperative Group led to an increased rate of locoregional recurrence (LRR) among patients receiving only IORT. Consequently, we revised the criteria for sole IORT treatment to include patients who meet the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) eligibility standards.
