Introduction: The therapeutic decision usually is a regalia prerogative of the practitioner. However it seems to be contested.
Materials And Methods: From three definition of sovereignty, given by classical author of political science and the observations of the current practices and needs (new attitude and need of the patients, changes in training's methods, use of new numeric tools) is illustrated this phenomenon of the decisions making field's degradation.
Conclusion: Without a resistance to all current form of concurrence in the field of therapeutic decision, a transformation of the profession of practitioner in dento-maxillo-facial orthopedics on a simple executive or animator of the care process in this field is expected. The practitioner awareness and a reenforcement of the training resources could limit the impact.

Background: Population-adjusted indirect comparison using parametric Simulated Treatment Comparison (STC) has had limited application to survival outcomes in unanchored settings. Matching-Adjusted Indirect Comparison (MAIC) is commonly used but does not account for violation of proportional hazards or enable extrapolations of survival. We developed and applied a novel methodology for STC in unanchored settings.

Introduction: Androgen deprivation therapy intensification (ADTi) with androgen receptor pathway inhibitors (ARPI), docetaxel or both has been shown to improve survival outcomes in patients with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC). Currently, baseline tumor genomic markers have no role in clinical decision-making in patients with mHSPC.
Methods: In this IRB-approved retrospective study, patients diagnosed with mHSPC who underwent comprehensive genomic profiling from primary tissue or metastatic sites and treated with ADTi were included.

Despite advances in precision oncology, clinical decision-making still relies on limited variables and expert knowledge. To address this limitation, we combined multimodal real-world data and explainable artificial intelligence (xAI) to introduce AI-derived (AID) markers for clinical decision support. We used xAI to decode the outcome of 15,726 patients across 38 solid cancer entities based on 350 markers, including clinical records, image-derived body compositions, and mutational tumor profiles.
