Metastasis of alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS) to the adrenal gland is infrequent, with only eight patients reported in the literature. Here we present an ASPS in an adolescent girl presented as a hypervascular adrenal incidentaloma along with a review of the available literature. This study aims to serve as a reference to aid in the pre-operative radiological and histopathological diagnosis of this rare entity.

Amyloidosis is a rare pathology characterized by protein deposits in various organs and tissues. Cardiac amyloidosis (CA) can be caused by various protein deposits, but transthyretin amyloidosis (ATTR) and immunoglobulin light chain (AL) are the most frequent pathologies. Protein misfolding can be induced by several factors such as oxidative stress, genetic mutations, aging, chronic inflammation, and neoplastic disorders.

Introduction: Retinitis pigmentosa (RP) is a group of inherited retinal dystrophies characterized by progressive photoreceptor degeneration. In a recent study, we reported co-existing optic disc drusen (ODD) at 30%, a prevalence 15 times higher than in the general population. The aims of this study were to a) assess if macular retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (RNFLt) was increased in our cohort of RP patients and b) compare RNFLt between RP patients with and without ODD.

In this study, we focused on calcification and diffusion restriction, which sometimes appear around the resection cavity or periventricular white matter in patients with high-grade glioma (HGG) treated with bevacizumab (BVZ), as candidate imaging biomarkers for BVZ treatment efficacy. We investigated the timing of the appearance of diffusion restriction and calcification using magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography in 35 patients with newly diagnosed or recurrent HGG treated with BVZ. In 17 (48.
