Here, we report the draft genome sequences of sp. strain E7-10 and Hoeflea prorocentri PM5-8, isolated from a bleached hard coral and a culture of marine dinoflagellate, respectively. Genome sequencing for host-associated isolates sp. E7-10 and PM5-8 can provide basic genetic information to explore potential roles in their hosts.
