Iatrogenic intraperitoneal bladder injury is a known complication of pelvic surgery. While the standard key management of such cases is surgical intervention, conservative approaches can be utilized under specific circumstances. We are presenting a case of delayed diagnosis of iatrogenic intraperitoneal bladder injury following cesarean section, which was treated with urethral catheter bladder drainage.

Introduction & Importance: Teratomas, typically situated in midline areas like the sacrococcygeal region, may rarely manifest in the retroperitoneal region. Often asymptomatic and incidentally discovered, they can lead to complications such as infection, tumor rupture, or, exceptionally, peritonitis.
Case Presentation: In a 2-year-old child with a history of trauma, an atypical presentation of acute abdomen and peritonitis was observed.

Introduction: Iatrogenic ureteral injury (IUI) is an unfortunate and rare complication during colorectal surgery. While IUI remains a rare event, short and long-term complications are life-threatening ranging from intraperitoneal urinoma to septic shock and a serious risk of permanent renal failure.
Case Presentation: An 88-year-old patient was admitted with symptoms of large bowel obstruction and underwent a laparotomy with a discharge colostomy.
