This study developed and validated a deep learning network using baseline magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to predict Ki-67 status in meningioma patients. A total of 1239 patients were retrospectively recruited from three hospitals between January 2010 and December 2023, forming training, internal validation, and two external validation cohorts. A representation learning framework was utilized for modeling, and performance was assessed against existing methods.

Aim: Artificial intelligence (AI) based auto-segmentation aids radiation therapy (RT) workflows and is being adopted in clinical environments facilitated by the increased availability of commercial solutions for organs at risk (OARs). In addition, open-source imaging datasets support training for new auto-segmentation algorithms. Here, we studied if the female and male anatomies are equally represented among these solutions.

Background: It is widely recognized that out-of-home care (OHC) is associated with criminal behavior, yet less is known about how this behavior unfolds in the OHC population over the life course and whether it is marked by desistance or persistence.
Objective: This study examines offending trajectories from age 15 to 64 in men and women with and without OHC experiences. It also investigates how different ages of placement, types of placements and reasons for placements affect representation across these trajectories.
