Background: Invasive meningococcal disease (IMD) is a life-threatening disease, primarily affecting infants and children. Argentina introduced routine meningococcal vaccination in infants and adolescents in 2017, with MenACWY vaccination targeting serogroups A, C, W, and Y (current National Immunization Program [cNIP]). Serogroup B, more prevalent since 2015, became predominant in children.

Community engagement is increasingly considered a key component of intervention development, as it can leverage community members' knowledge, experiences, and insights to create a nuanced intervention which meets the needs, preferences, and realities of the population of interest. Community engagement exists along a spectrum from outreach to the community to partnership with community members and organizations, and all levels of community engagement can benefit from systematic documentation of community feedback and decision-making processes. This paper demonstrates how we utilized the "Framework for Reporting Adaptations and Modifications to Evidence-based Interventions" (FRAME; Wiltsey Stirman et al.

Background/purpose: Radiation-induced cardiac toxicity in lung cancer patients has received increased attention since RTOG 0617. However, large cohort studies with accurate cardiac substructure (CS) contours are lacking, limiting our understanding of the potential influence of individual CSs. Here, we analyse the correlation between CS dose and overall survival (OS) while accounting for deep learning (DL) contouring uncertainty, uncertainty and different modelling approaches.

Background: Emerging adults with type 1 diabetes (T1D) struggle with glycemic management that can be exacerbated by a disorganized transition process. Substantial gaps in care have been noted during this transition period and have been shown to lead to suboptimal health care utilization, worsening glycemic management, increased incidence of serious complications, and mental health challenges. A formal transition program can help prevent gaps in care, improve disease self-management skills, decrease disease burden, and reduce diabetes complications.

This post-market clinical follow-up (PMCF) study evaluates the clinical effectiveness and safety of the external radio electric reprogramming for atrial fibrillation (EX-RER AF) protocol, a non-invasive regenerative medicine approach utilizing radio electric asymmetric conveyer (REAC) technology for managing paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF). Administered with the REAC BENE mod 110 device (ASMED, Scandicci, Italy), the treatment involves a standardized procedure, with the asymmetric conveyor probe (ACP) positioned in the precordial area and fixed, unmodifiable parameters ensuring consistency and reproducibility. During a 36-month post-market clinical follow-up (PMCF), 20 patients with prior diagnoses of PAF underwent the protocol.
