According to WHO, dengue fever (DF) is currently endemic to more than 100 countries in various regions of Africa, America, and Asia; outbreaks have been reported in Europe. In the Russian Federation, there is a much smaller proportion of children among those infected due to the imported nature of the infection. We described a clinical case of imported dengue fever in an adolescent girl in Moscow after a 5-day vacation.

To address this, the "tala-med" search engine was developed in 2020 to provide access to high-quality, evidence-based content. It prioritizes German health websites based on trustworthiness, recency, user-friendliness, and comprehensibility, offering category-based filters while ensuring privacy by avoiding data collection and advertisements.

Purpose: Meaningful change thresholds are important to help interpret patient-reported outcome scores. To date, meaningful within-patient change (MWPC) thresholds have only been proposed for NSCLC-SAQ total score. This study proposed clinically MWPC thresholds, and group-level minimal important change/difference (MIC/MID) thresholds for both improvement and worsening for the Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer- Symptom Assessment Questionnaire (NSCLC-SAQ) total and symptom scores.

Lung volume recruitment (LVR) is a stacked-breath assisted inflation technique in which consecutive insufflations are delivered, without exhaling in between, until the maximum tolerable inflation capacity is reached. Although LVR is recommended in some neuromuscular disease guidelines, there is little information detailing when and how allied health professionals (AHPs) prescribe LVR. This study is aimed at describing the use of LVR in practice across Brazil.
