Tibial bone defect remains a challenge in revision knee arthroplasty. The present innovative technique combines structural allograft and tantalum metaphyseal cone for treatment of AORI stage 2A and 2B (uncontained peripheral metaphyseal) tibial defect. The aim is to reconstitute bone stock and enhance allograft osseointegration, while limiting stress to the allograft by implanting the metaphyseal cone through the allograft and the original bone. To evaluate the clinical and radiologic outcomes of arthroscopic augmented partial repair (APR) with acellular dermal matrix versus arthroscopic superior capsular reconstruction (SCR) in massive rotator cuff tears. The study included a total of 49 patients with massive rotator cuff tears who underwent arthroscopic APR (26 patients) and SCR (23 patients) between March 2018 and June 2021. Background: There has been a significant increase in the utilization of non-mechanical valves in the aortic position over time. However, details in reinterventions after aortic root replacement (ARR) with non-mechanical prosthesis were limited in the literature, despite the potential importance of reinterventions in the lifetime management of aortic valve disease.
