Aim: To evaluate the demographics, clinical characteristics, treatments, and outcomes of patients with ocular surface squamous neoplasia (OSSN) at the Philippine General Hospital.
Methods: This was a single-center, 11-year retrospective, cross sectional case series on 18 cases of OSSN seen between January 2012 to June 2023. The patient's demographics, presenting symptoms, tumor characteristics, histopathologic diagnosis, treatment, outcomes, and duration of follow-up were reviewed.

Purpose: Conjunctival melanoma is a rare neoplasm with high rates of recurrence and metastasis. Traditional management includes surgical excision and cryotherapy, followed by adjuvant therapy as needed. Immune checkpoint inhibitors, including nivolumab, are a targeted treatment option with improved survival rates.

Vascular conjunctival tumors are uncommon, usually benign lesions. Here, we report a 65-year-old male who presented with a nasal interpalpebral bulbar firm, oval, and dark-brown and non-mobile conjunctival mass. The systemic and ocular examinations including fundoscopy and gonioscopy were within normal limits.
