Objectives: This study aimed to develop an anamnesis checklist for oral contraceptive (OC) choice focused on their safety profile and associated risk factors.
Study Design: This study involved eight health care professionals in Spain, including six gynecologists and two internists, selected for their expertise in contraception counseling. We employed the design-thinking process, structured in five phases: empathizing with patients' needs, defining key areas of impact, devising innovative solutions, prototyping ideas into testable proposals, and validating prototypes.

Introduction: Fluid administration is a commonly practiced intervention in the intensive care unit (ICU) with normal saline being the preferred fluid. We sought to understand the current practice of fluid administration and choice of fluids in Indian ICUs and its effect on renal outcomes.
Materials And Methods: The Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (ISCCM)-endorsed multicenter prospective observational study was conducted on practice of fluid administration in critically ill patients between May 1, 2020, and January 31, 2023.

Histiocytic disorders include a range of uncommon illnesses marked by the buildup of cells that have developed into macrophages, dendritic cells, or monocytes in diverse tissues and organs. Over 100 distinct subtypes have been documented, exhibiting a diverse array of clinical symptoms, presentations, and histologic features that can be confused with other clinical conditions leading to delayed diagnosis. They affect both children and adults, generating a variety of clinical symptoms that can be limited to one position, numerous areas within one system, or affect many systems in the body.

Lifetime risk estimates play a key role in many areas of radiation research. Here, the focus is on the lifetime excess absolute risk (LEAR) for dying from lung cancer due to occupational radon exposure based on uranium miners cohort studies. The major components in estimating LEAR were systematically varied to investigate the variability and uncertainties of results.

Background: Research shows that trauma team formation could potentially improve effectiveness of injury care in rural settings. The aim of this study was to determine the feasibility of rural trauma team training amongst medical trainees and traffic law enforcement professionals in Uganda.
Methods: Prospective multi-centre interrupted time series analysis of an interventional training based on the 4th edition of rural trauma team development course of the American College of Surgeons.
