The in the Learning Sciences has fueled growth of multimodal learning analytics to understand embodied interactions and make consequential educational decisions about students more rapidly, more accurately, and more personalized than ever before. Managing demands of complexity and speed is leading to growing reliance by education systems on disembodied artificial intelligence (dAI) programs, which, ironically, are inherently incapable of interpreting students' embodied interactions. This is fueling a potential . systems offer promising avenues for managing this crisis by integrating the strengths of omnipresent dAI to detect complex patterns of student behavior from multimodal datastreams, with the strengths of humans to meaningfully interpret embodied interactions in service of consequential decision making to achieve a balance between complexity, interpretability, and accountability for allocating education resources to children.

Multimodal sentiment analysis (MSA) aims to use a variety of sensors to obtain and process information to predict the intensity and polarity of human emotions. The main challenges faced by current multi-modal sentiment analysis include: how the model extracts emotional information in a single modality and realizes the complementary transmission of multimodal information; how to output relatively stable predictions even when the sentiment embodied in a single modality is inconsistent with the multi-modal label; how can the model ensure high accuracy when a single modal information is incomplete or the feature extraction performance not good. Traditional methods do not take into account the interaction of unimodal contextual information and multi-modal information.

Background: Social prescribing inherently embodies a co-productive nature, particularly within the 'holistic' model facilitated by the pivotal role of Link Workers. Most attention is focused on collecting evidence about the micro-level relationship between Link Workers and their clients. However, little is known about how this co-productive relationship influences or is influenced by value co-creation at different levels, given the involvement of multiple actors in delivering the intervention.

This review examines the role of thermal interoception-awareness of body temperature-in shaping physiological states and its impact on physical, emotional, and social well-being. We describe the neural pathways and mechanisms involved in thermal processing and environmental heat exchange and how thermal interoception influences both autonomic and behavioral responses, contributing to survival and homeostasis. Additionally, the review highlights the significance of thermal signals and thermoregulation in determining higher-order cognitive and emotional functions, such as regulating sleep patterns and activity levels, monitoring physical well-being, regulating emotions, and even social interactions.

Breathing exercises are used to address a multitude of issues ranging from mental health to physical well-being. While they are recommended for various health conditions, access to professional support is often limited due to time and cost constraints. Virtual Reality technology offers a promising solution for enhancing mindfulness and relaxation practices, including breathing exercises.
