Aim: This study aims to investigate the effects of combining a multifunctional pulse wave sphygmomanometer with constant temperature ice on patients with forearm hematoma following coronary intervention.
Methods: Patients who developed forearm hematoma after undergoing coronary intervention from March 2021 to March 2023 at our hospital were selected as the study cohort. Using a random number table, they were divided into two groups the control group and the research group.

A case of enoxaparin-induced bullous hemorrhagic dermatosis is reported. A 69-year-old male with past medical history including chronic atrial fibrillation and a re-do aortic valve replacement, anticoagulated on warfarin, received an enoxaparin bridge for a molar extraction. On day 7 after restarting enoxaparin post-procedure at a therapeutic dose of 90 mg every 12 hours, the patient noticed multiple small, dark, raised lesions on his forearm and ankle.

Mental stress is a known risk factor for lifestyle-related diseases. Previously, we reported that short-term stress sharpens the sense of taste and dulls the sense of pungency, but in this study, we examined the effects of chronic mental stress on taste and pungency by comparing normal days with end-of-semester examination days. Furthermore, the relationship between pungency measured on the tongue and the corresponding skin current value causing forearm pain was investigated.

Background: Usually, patients with hand, wrist/forearm disorders report musculoskeletal complaints in the shoulder. Although, role of scapula is fundamental for movement and functional stability across the upper limb kinetic chain; however, there are no systematic reviews and meta-analyses that have analyzed the effect of scapular exercises in these patients.
Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of a scapular exercise program on functional outcomes in patients with hand, wrist or elbow disorders.
