Background: Amelanotic or hypomelanotic melanomas (AHM) are difficult to diagnose, and are often diagnosed late, with a high Breslow index and a poor prognosis.
Patients And Methods: A total of 226 volunteer dermatologists consulting in private practice in France completed an online form for each new histologically proven case of melanoma diagnosed at their clinic in 2020. This anonymised survey collected data on the clinical, dermoscopic, and histological features of melanoma, as well as the circumstances of diagnosis and initial management.

To report a case of painless posterior scleritis presenting as a choroidal nodule in a patient with history of a tumor being treated with pembrolizumab. A case and its findings were analyzed, and a relevant literature review was performed. : A 20-year-old woman with a history of ependymoma presented with painless blurred vision in the right eye after being started on pembrolizumab for a tumor recurrence.

Diagnosis of nodular red lesions is challenging. The differential diagnosis includes dermal nevus, angioma, pyogenic granuloma, amelanotic melanoma, eccrine poroma, Kaposi's sarcoma, skin malignancy or metastasis. Erythema nodosum is one of the common consideration of the red skin nodules, however fully work up should be done to find the right diagnosis.

Anterior scleritis is rarely diagnosed with a peripheral amelanotic subretinal mass. We reported a rare case of a 31-year-old woman who was referred for suspected left eye choroidal melanoma. The patient had granulomatosis with polyangiitis with a history of treated left eye necrotizing anterior scleritis.
