Based on the ordered phase effectively suppressed by rapid solidification technology, the grain refinement concept using Cu is incorporated into the soft magnetic materials. Cu dosage not only could refine the grain size with an average grain size of 8.7 μm but also improve the continuity and consistency of Fe-6.5 wt % Si steel strip. It mainly attributes to the Cu-rich particles precipitating at the grain boundary, nailing the grain boundaries movement and inhibiting the grain growth, and then improving the magnetic properties and mechanical properties. The 1.5 wt % Cu sample exhibits an excellent magnetic property with the saturation magnetization of 236.54 emu/g, which mainly attributes to the strong η, λ, Goss texture formation and the band structure optimization of Si-Cu comodification. Furthermore, the mechanical properties of the steel strip are effectively improved, and the failure plastic deformation of 1.5 wt % Cu steel strip is about 11%. The rapid solidification with Cu-dosage refinement technology also has a remarkable reference on the mechanical properties and magnetic properties modification of other metal materials.

To reveal the mechanical behavior and deformation patterns of geotechnical reinforcement materials under tensile loading, a series of tensile tests were conducted on plastic geogrid rib, fiberglass geogrid rib, gabion steel wire, plastic geogrid mesh, fiberglass geogrid mesh, and gabion mesh. The full tensile force-strain relationships of the reinforcement materials were obtained. The failure modes of different geotechnical reinforcement materials were discussed.

Accurate detection of surface defects on strip steel is essential for ensuring strip steel product quality. Existing deep learning based detectors for strip steel surface defects typically strive to iteratively refine and integrate the coarse outputs of the backbone network, enhancing the models' ability to express defect characteristics. Attention mechanisms including spatial attention, channel attention and self-attention are among the most prevalent techniques for feature extraction and fusion.

Objective: This study aimed to analyze the influence of different tunnel reinforcement measures on drivers and to evaluate the associated driving safety risks.
Methods: Experimental data of driving behavior and physiological response were collected under different driving simulation scenarios, such as cover arch erection, corrugated steel, grouting, Steel strips, and fire; an evaluation index system was established based on electrocardiographic (ECG), electrodermal activity(EDA), standard deviation of speed (SDSP), Steering Entropy(SE), standard deviation of lateral position (SDLP) and other indices. The classical domain rank standard of each evaluation index was divided using K-Means algorithm, and a synthetic evaluation matter-element model was established to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the safety risks of each scenario.

Friction is an unfavourable phenomenon in deep-drawing forming processes because it hinders the deformation processes and causes deterioration of the surface quality of drawpieces. One way to reduce the unfavourable effect of friction in deep-drawing processes is to use lubricants with the addition of hard particles. For this reason, this article presents the results of friction tests of dual-phase HCT600X+Z steel sheets using the flat die strip drawing test.

The changes in the inclusions in 316L stainless steel before and after Ce addition were studied by adding different contents of Ce. The effects of rare earth Ce treatment on the modification of MnS inclusions in steel and the pitting corrosion resistance of 316L stainless steel are studied by field-emission scanning electron microscopy, laser confocal microscopy, the 6% FeCl corrosion weight loss test, and Tafel polarization curve test. The results show that the addition of Ce reduces the corrosion rate of stainless steel in 6% FeCl solution, and reduces the number and size of corrosion pits.
