Objective: Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) showed promising results in diagnosing upper limb neuropathies, but its value in patients with foot drop due to peroneal neuropathy has not yet been investigated. We aim to establish reference values for DTI metrics of the healthy peroneal nerve and to evaluate differences in DTI metrics between patients and healthy controls.
Methods: Diffusion-weighted images (DWI) from 22 pathological nerves, 14 asymptomatic patients' nerves and 65 healthy peroneal nerves were processed for quantitative assessment of fractional anisotropy (FA), radial diffusivity (RD), axial diffusivity and mean diffusivity.
Unicentric Castleman's disease (UCD) typically presents as an asymptomatic tumour in the anterior or middle mediastinum. Occurrence in the paravertebral region is comparatively rare and it requires differentiation from neurogenic tumours by imaging. In our patient, preoperative imaging findings were atypical of schwannoma.

This condition results in hypoalbuminemia, hypogammaglobulinemia, and lymphopenia due to the abnormal leakage of lymphatic fluid into the gastrointestinal tract. As there are no specific serological or radiological tests available, the gold standard for diagnosing intestinal lymphangiectasia is endoscopic examination with histopathological examination of intestinal biopsy specimens.

Background: In children and young adults, tumors in the chest and thoracic wall exhibit a wide variety of types, making it challenging to differentiate between benign and malignant cases before invasive histopathological examination.
Purpose: To evaluate the utility of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) for discriminating malignant thoracic masses in children and young adults.
Material And Methods: This retrospective study included chest magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans in patients aged <30 years.

Biodegradable plastics are increasingly utilized in packaging, driven by green chemistry and environmental responsibility. Among them, poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) stands out due to its biodegradability and biocompatibility. However, its limited gas permeability and selectivity hinder its application in produce preservation.
