The main objective of this research was to compare the Bobath concept and conventional medical gymnastics in psycho-social and cognitive habilitation of infants with mild neurodevelopmental delay, and determine whether there is a difference in their effectiveness. The study included 100 children up to 3 months of age who were diagnosed with a mild neuromotor disorder based on clinical examination, the Münich Functional Developmental Diagnostic Test for the first year of life, and the Ages and Stages questionnaire. Background: The goal of cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) modulators is to reach normal CFTR function in people with cystic fibrosis. Vanzacaftor-tezacaftor-deutivacaftor restored CFTR function in vitro and in phase 2 trials in participants aged 18 years and older resulting in improvements in CFTR function, as measured by sweat chloride concentrations and lung function as measured by spirometry. We aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of vanzacaftor-tezacaftor-deutivacaftor compared with standard of care elexacaftor-tezacaftor-ivacaftor in individuals with cystic fibrosis aged 12 years and older.

Antimicrobial resistance has been termed a 'silent pandemic', a 'hidden killer.' This language might indicate a threat of significant future harm to humans, animals, and the environment from resistant microbes. If that harm is uncertain but serious, the precautionary principle might apply to the issue, and might require taking 'precautionary measures' to avert the threat of antimicrobial resistance, including stewardship interventions like antibiotic prescription caps, bans on certain uses in farming sectors, and eliminating over-the-counter uses of antibiotics.

Aim: There is a lack of research on transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) for the treatment of somatic symptoms in major depressive disorder (MDD) and the suitable stimulating brain region. We investigated the efficacy of tDCS targeting the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) versus orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) on depressive somatic symptoms and somatic anxiety in patients with MDD and aimed to identify the appropriate stimulating brain regions.

Methods: In this randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled study, a total of 70 patients diagnosed with MDD were randomly allocated into DLPFC group, OFC group, and Sham group.
