Introduction: Positionality statements accompanying peer-reviewed publications are increasingly being implemented in academic journals across many disciplines, including psychology. These statements serve as transparent, public acknowledgments of the authors' identities, which can offer valuable insight into the authors' work in the context of their lived experiences and potential biases. However, journal editors and associated staff risk harm by uniformly adopting a policy on positionality statements without consideration of the unintended consequences of implementing such practices.

Purpose: Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are one of the main causes of health-related absenteeism. MSDs were a known problem among healthcare workers (HCWs) even before COVID-19. The pandemic, with its associated stresses and changes in working conditions, may have influenced the incidence and duration of MSDs-related sick leave (SL) among HCWs.

This paper explores the applicability of bicycle-inspired balance control in a quadruped robot model. Bicycles maintain stability and change direction by intuitively steering the handle, which induces yaw motion in the body frame and generates an inertial effect to support balance. Inspired by this balancing strategy, we implemented a similar mechanism in a quadruped robot model, introducing a yaw trunk joint analogous to a bicycle's steering handle.

Background: The immunopeptidome is constantly monitored by T cells to detect foreign or aberrant HLA peptides. It is highly dynamic and reflects the current cellular state, enabling the immune system to recognize abnormal cellular conditions, such as those present in cancer cells. To precisely determine how changes in cellular processes, such as those induced by drug treatment, affect the immunopeptidome, quantitative immunopeptidomics approaches are essential.

Background: Vascular calcification (VC) commonly occurs in diabetes and is associated with cardiovascular disease incidence and mortality. Currently, there is no drug treatment for VC. The Danlian-Tongmai formula (DLTM) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) prescription used for diabetic VC (DVC), but its mechanisms of action remain unclear.
