Unlabelled: Nanotechnology has proven to be the greatest multidisciplinary field in the current years with potential applications in agriculture, pollution remediation, environmental sustainability, as well as most recently in pharmaceutical industries. As a result of its physical, chemical, and biological productivity, resistance, and matricular organization at a larger scale, the potential of nanocomposites revealed different sorts of assembling structures via testing. Biosensors are known some specifically promising inventions whereas carbon nanotube, magnetic nanoparticles (NPs), quantum dots, and gold NPs showed capability to repair damaged cells, molecular docking, drug-delivery, and nano-remediation of toxic elements. PEGylated(Poly ethyl glycol amyl gated) redox-responsive nanoscale COFs drug delivery from AgNPs and AuNPs are known to be sun blockers in sunscreen lotions. The emerging trends and yet more to be discovered to bridge the gaps forming in the field of nanotechnology, especially insights into environmental concerns and health issues most importantly the food web which is connected with the well beings of mankind to perform its tasks giving necessary results. The current review detailed emerging role of nanomaterials in human life.

Chronic pulmonary diseases pose a prominent health threat globally owing to their intricate pathogenesis and lack of effective reversal therapies. Nowadays, lung transplantation stands out as a feasible treatment option for patients with end-stage lung disease. Unfortunately, the use of this this option is limited by donor organ shortage and severe immunological rejection reactions.

Background: Left-right (LR) asymmetry disorders present a complex etiology, with genetic factors emerging as a primary contributor. This study aims to explore the genetic underpinnings of chromosomal variants and individual genes in fetuses afflicted with prenatal LR asymmetry disorder.
Methods: Through a retrospective analysis conducted between 2020 and 2023 at Tongji Hospital, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, genetic outcomes of LR asymmetric disorder were scrutinized utilizing copy number variation sequencing (CNV-seq) and whole exome sequencing (WES) methodologies.

Background: Promising cancer treatments, such as DDR inhibitors, are often challenged by the heterogeneity of responses in clinical trials. The present work aimed to build a computational framework to address those challenges.
Methods: A semi-mechanistic pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic model of tumour growth inhibition was developed to investigate the efficacy of PARP and ATR inhibitors as monotherapies, and in combination.

Membrane incompatibility poses significant health risks, including severe complications and potential fatality. Surface modification of membranes has emerged as a pivotal technology in the membrane industry, aiming to improve the hemocompatibility and performance of dialysis membranes by mitigating undesired membrane-protein interactions, which can lead to fouling and subsequent protein adsorption. Affinity energy, defined as the strength of interaction between membranes and human serum proteins, plays a crucial role in assessing membrane-protein interactions.
