Background: Complications after male circumcision are numerous and may be presented as an adhesion between the glans penis and the preputial remnants, these adhesions may acquire different forms and troublesome the affected children.
Patients And Methods: This is a retrospective study of 95 consecutive children of presumed glanular-preputial adhesions referred for correction of circumcision. They were assessed and classified as having either an early preputial adhesion or a well-formed skin bridge into 2 groups; group (A) who have a simple adhesion that was resolved through a conservative preputial adhesiolysis while those in the group (B) had a well-formed skin bridge, which deserves surgical correction.

Background: Although current penile enlargement techniques can improve appearance, it remains unclear whether these procedures increase sexual function. We aimed to systematically compare the surgical outcomes, with a particular focus on sexual function, in patients and their partners following silicone pearls implantation and fat grafting for penis enlargement.
Methods: A single-site, retrospective study reviewed patients who underwent silicone pearls implantation or fat grafting for penis enlargement.

The bladder exstrophy-epispadias complex includes some of the most challenging conditions treated by pediatric urologists. They are associated with the need for multiple intricate reconstructive procedures, aimed at restoring the anatomy and function of the bladder, urethra and external genitalia. This article provides a comprehensive discussion of 3-piece inflatable penile implant surgery when performed through an infrapubic approach in patients presenting with challenging anatomy or corporal fibrosis. The infrapubic approach is one of the primary approaches for inflatable device placement with excellent long-term functional outcomes. While the literature is rich in descriptions of infrapubic placement in the primary, uncomplicated setting, its role in the management of complex patients presenting to centers of excellence is less elucidated.
