We report a rare case of congenital nostril stenosis because it is very interesting from the perspective of human embryo development. As we were not able to find a similar congenital case in the literature, we would like to describe it here. The patient is a 36-year-old woman who had bilateral congenital stenotic nostrils with horseshoe-like shape.

Drug-coated balloons (DCB) offer an excellent alternative to stents as the antiproliferative drugs are delivered via balloons and hence there is no permanent implant of metal or polymer. This rationale applies perfectly in in-stent restenosis (ISR) as we want to avoid another layer of metal in a previously failed stent. However, their use has also been extended to de novo lesions especially in patients and lesion subsets where stents are not ideal.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of hybrid revascularization by carotid endarterectomy and endovascular intervention in the treatment of chronic internal carotid artery occlusion (ICAO).
Methods: We performed a retrospective analysis of patients who received hybrid treatment for symptomatic chronic ICAO between December 2016 and December 2018. Fifty-six patients with long-segment ICAO were enrolled and divided into the short duration (1-3 months) and long ICAO duration (>3 months) groups, and their clinical and angiographic data were analyzed.

Purpose: This study investigated the periprocedural complication rates, long-term outcome, and restenosis of endovascular treatment for intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis (ICS) at our hospital.
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 217 patients comprising 256 endovascular treatments for high-grade symptomatic ICS. The lesion was located in the internal carotid artery in 77, the middle cerebral artery in 111, the basilar artery in 29, and the vertebral artery in 39.
