Introduction: Vascular trainees are required to have a comprehensive training program, encompassing the completion of clinical, surgical, and research tasks. To fulfill their surgical abilities and performance, sufficient supervised operating time is mandatory. After open vascular procedures, it has been observed that trainee involvement does not lead to detrimental outcomes.

Objectives: To determine the influence of obesity on revision rates and mortality after primary elective hip and knee arthroplasty in Germany.
Materials And Methods: In the German Arthroplasty Registry (EPRD) there were 403,073 elective total hip arthroplasties (THA), 320,913 bicondylar total knee arthroplasties (TKA) and 48,480 unicondylar knee arthroplasties (UKA) with valid BMI available for analysis. Cumulative revision rates and 1‑year mortality was calculated for BMI groups.

Objective: To evaluate short, mid and long-term clinical outcomes and patients' satisfaction of minimally invasive full-mouth rehabilitation using different materials and techniques for patients with moderate to severe tooth wear. Furthermore, materials were analyzed to identify their influences on clinical results.
Materials And Methods: Search was conducted in PubMed, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trial, Embase, Web of science and Scopus until December 19, 2024.
To determine whether tailored interventions based on patients' psychological profiles enhanced the outcomes of interventions in people with nonspecific low back pain, compared to usual care. Intervention systematic review with meta-analysis. Embase, Cochrane, Medline, Web of Science, CINAHL, and PsycINFO were searched from their inception until November 2, 2023.

Background: Despite the high mortality of cardiogenic shock after acute myocardial infarction (AMI-CS), the comparative efficacy and safety of mechanical circulatory support (MCS) in patients with AMI-CS is unknown. This study aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of various MCS with initial medical therapy for AMI-CS patients.
Methods: We searched PubMed and EMBASE in July 2024.
