Introduction: In many cases of female radical cystectomy for bladder cancer, the procedure involves simultaneous removal of the uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, anterior vaginal wall, and urethra. After this procedure, rare complications like vaginal dehiscence and evisceration may occur. Background: Ovarian cysts, common in women of reproductive age, often require surgical intervention, with minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery becoming the preferred method due to its reduced complications and faster recovery. Despite its benefits, challenges such as instrument collisions and operational difficulties limit the use of single- or two-port approaches. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of laparoscopic adnexa surgery using an articulating laparoscopic instrument, which offers flexible and ergonomic movements similar to robotic systems.

Results: The symptoms and imaging findings of these two cases resembled those of facial nerve schwannomas.

Department of Otorhinolaryngology, VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, 110029 New Delhi, India.

Aims: Our study aimed to find the incidence of fallopian canal dehiscence during surgery for cholesteatoma, to compare this incidence with a homogenous control group (otosclerosis) and to find the incidence of a labyrinthine fistula if fallopian canal dehiscence is present.

Material And Methods: Prospective case control study design was used in the setting of a tertiary care referral center. Subjects included 60 patients.
