: Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) represents a rare autoimmune disease with granulomatous inflammation, tissue necrosis, and systemic vasculitis of the small and medium blood vessels. Although the clinical elements vary, aortic involvement is exceptional and it represents a challenge that requires a rapid intervention with the potential of displaying a fulminant evolution. : We report a 64-year-old male with an 18-year history of GPA who presented atypical low back pain.

Purpose: To evaluate demographic profile, risk factors and outcomes following intraocular lens (IOL) exchange surgery for late decentration of IOLs in the dead bag syndrome DESIGN: Prospective, interventional case series PARTICIPANTS: 46 eyes (43 patients) with late decentration/dislocation of IOLs and spontaneous posterior capsule rupture in a clear and relatively intact capsular bag. None of the eyes had significant zonular weakness.
Methods: Study conducted at Raghudeep Eye Hospital, India.

Purpose: To describe a surgical method for correcting lower lid entropion, lateral canthal entropion, and macroblepharon.
Methods: Lid margins were incised at a 45° angle, and lateral lid margins and a rhomboid shaped piece of skin were resected based on the degree of macroblepharon. Subcutaneous tissue was sutured with absorbable sutures and anchored to the orbital ligament with a non-absorbable suture to maintain lateral canthal position.

It is rare to find free floating fat droplets in the cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) spaces of the brain. When fat droplets are seen in the CSF spaces, the most common cause is the rupture of a dermoid cyst. Dermoid cysts are congenital inclusion cysts that form during the neural tube closure between the third and fifth weeks of embryogenesis.

Background: Preterm prelabor rupture of membranes (PPROM) before or around the limit of fetal viability is associated with serious maternal and neonatal complications including chorioamnionitis, extremely preterm birth, and pulmonary hypoplasia.
Objectives: To describe contemporary outcomes of extremely preterm infants born after prolonged periviable PPROM, and to identify perinatal factors associated with survival and survival without severe neurodevelopmental impairment (NDI).
Study Design: Among actively treated infants born alive at <27 weeks' gestational age (GA) in centers of the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development Neonatal Research Network from 2012 to 2018, the outcomes of survival and survival without severe NDI at 22-26 months' corrected age were compared between infants exposed to prolonged (≥120 hours) periviable (<24 weeks' GA) PPROM and unexposed infants born after rupture of membranes ≤18 hours before delivery or at delivery, adjusting for birth GA, sex, multiple gestation, antenatal steroids, small for gestational age (SGA), insurance, and center.
