To summarize the clinical manifestations, experiences in diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM) in children. A retrospective analysis of the clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, radiological features, treatment and follow-up results was conducted in 11 children diagnosed with ACM at the center of congenital heart disease, Beijing anzhen hospital from May 2010 to March 2022. A total of 11 patients aged 2 to 16 years, including 5 males and 6 females were diagnosed with ACM.

Background: Coronary stent infections are an uncommon but deadly complication of percutaneous coronary intervention. Mortality remains as high as 40-60% even with adequate treatment. We report such an interesting case of left circumflex stent (LCX) infection and mycotic aneurysm that was successfully managed with antibiotics and surgery.

BACKGROUND Pre-excitation cardiomyopathy is a specific type of cardiac disease related to asymptomatic pre-excitation. It is rarely reported and is prone to misdiagnosis; therefore, the actual incidence of pre-excitation cardiomyopathy may be underestimated. The purpose of this case report is to present a case of pre-excitation cardiomyopathy caused by an accessory pathway.
