Background: Primary aldosteronism (PA) is the most common endocrine cause of secondary hypertension and can be effectively managed, or even cured, with targeted treatment. Despite this, it remains largely undiagnosed leaving a significant patient population with resistant hypertension and modifiable cardiovascular risk.
Objective: To determine expert consensus on key information about PA that should ideally be taught to medical students as a step toward improving the detection of this common, underdiagnosed, and often easily treated condition.

Background/objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between CRF (cardiorespiratory fitness) and body composition, specifically obesity indicators, in a sample of schoolchildren from the continental and Adriatic regions of the Republic of Croatia. Given that Croatia ranks among the leading countries in Europe in terms of obesity, it is believed that there is a need to combat this condition starting from school age. The usefulness of cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) lies in the fact that it is one of the indicators of children's overall health and is considered a measure of general health status.

Universities and schools rely heavily on the ability to forecast student performance, as it enables them to develop efficient strategies for enhancing academic results and averting student attrition. The automation of processes and the management of large datasets generated by technology-enhanced learning tools can facilitate the analysis and processing of these data, which provides crucial insights into the knowledge of students and their engagement with academic endeavors. The method under consideration aims to forecast the academic achievement of students through an ensemble of deep neural networks.

Colorectal cancer (CRC) ranks as the third most common cancer worldwide and remains a major cause of cancer-related deaths, necessitating the development of innovative therapeutic approaches beyond conventional treatment modalities. Conventional therapies, such as radiation, chemotherapy, and surgery, are hindered by challenges like imprecise targeting, substantial toxicity, and the development of resistance. Exosome-driven nano-immunotherapy has emerged as a groundbreaking approach that leverages the natural properties of exosomes-cell-derived vesicles known for their role in intercellular communication-to deliver therapeutic agents with high precision and specificity.
