Ubiquitin/proteasome-mediated proteolysis (UPP) plays a crucial role in almost all aspects of plant growth and development, proteasome subunit RPN10 mediates ubiquitination substrate recognition in the UPP process. The recognition pathway of ubiquitinated UPP substrate is different in different species, which indicates that the mechanism and function of are different in different species. However, the homologous in maize has not been studied. In this study, the changing of leaf angle and gene expression in leaves in maize wild-type B73 and mutant under exogenous brassinosteroids (BRs) were investigated. The regulation effect of BR on the leaf angle of was significantly stronger than that of B73. Transcriptome analysis showed that among the differentially expressed genes, CRE1, A-ARR and SnRK2 were significantly up-regulated, and PP2C, BRI1 AUX/IAA, JAZ and MYC2 were significantly down-regulated. This study revealed the regulation mechanism of on maize leaf angle and provided a promising gene resource for maize breeding.

The involvement of Loose Plant Architecture 1 (LPA1) in regulating plant growth and leaf angle has been previously demonstrated. However, the fundamental genetic background remains unidentified. To further understand the tissue expression profile of the NtLPA1 gene, an overexpression vector (pBI121-NtLPA1) was developed and employed to modify tobacco using the leaf disc method genetically.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of the addition of wild garlic leaves on the sensory quality, volatiles, color, and texture of sheep milk soft rennet-curd cheese. The sensory evaluation of color, appearance, texture, odor, and taste was performed using a 5-point scale. The intensity of selected taste and odor discriminants was also assessed.

To better understand the growth adaptability of various maize varieties to the climate of the Alar region in Southern Xinjiang Province, an experiment was conducted using seven distinct maize varieties as test materials. A one-way randomized block design was applied to both experimental groups. In 2021 and 2022, a total of 19 indicators were observed for comparative analysis, including antioxidant enzyme activities and agronomic traits.

Quality assurance practices performed before treatment are believed to identify various potential errors. In this study, 2-dimensional (2D) dosimetric results were analyzed by making some intentional mistakes in six different treatment plans. In this way, the detectability of errors was investigated.

Rapeseed ( L.) is a major agricultural crop with diverse applications, particularly in the production of seed oil for both culinary use and biodiesel. However, its photosynthetic efficiency, a pivotal determinant of yield, remains relatively low compared with other C plants such as rice and soybean, highlighting the necessity of identifying the genetic loci and genes regulating photosynthesis in rapeseed.
