Importance: Exercise intervention studies have shown benefits for patients with lung cancer undergoing surgery, yet most interventions to date have been resource intensive and have followed a one-size-fits-all approach.
Objective: To determine whether a personalized, clinic-aligned perioperative exercise program with remote monitoring and instructions can improve physical function and fatigue among patients undergoing surgery for lung cancer.
Design, Setting, And Participants: The Precision-Exercise-Prescription (PEP) randomized clinical trial is a single-center phase 3 trial.

Objective: This study was aimed at exploring the safety and timing of functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) in patients after mild-to-moderate SARS-CoV-2 infection.
Methods: The study group comprised 63 adult inpatients who underwent FESS in our department after mild-to-moderate SARS-CoV-2 infection between December 2022 and February 2023. Sixty adult patients without prior SARS-CoV-2 infection were randomly selected as the control group.

Background: Patients with chronic pain on long-term opioid therapy often face barriers to accessing effective nonpharmacological treatments, including the burden of multiple sessions, lack of trained clinicians, and travel time. Empowered Relief (ER), a 2-hour, single-session pain relief skills class, can improve pain and quality of life among patients with chronic pain when delivered in person or virtually.
Objective: This study examined the impact of Zoom-delivered ER among people with chronic pain on long-term opioid therapy.

The purpose of this three-part, mixed-methods study is to mitigate patient risk by understanding and describing the current and future state of pediatric telehealth (TH) care delivery. As the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, an unprepared clinical workforce mobilized to quickly transition patients to TH to mitigate the risk of infection and maintain access to care. Optimizing digital health care delivery requires an understanding of the current models of care, the identification of best practices, and opportunities for improvement to mitigate patient/family, provider, and institutional risk.

The effect of preexisting neutralizing antibodies (NAb) on SARS-CoV-2 shedding in postvaccination infection (PVI) is not well understood. We characterized viral shedding longitudinally in nasal specimens in relation to baseline (pre/periinfection) serum NAb titers in 125 participants infected with SARS-CoV-2 variants. Among 68 vaccinated participants, we quantified the effect of baseline NAb titers on maximum viral RNA titers and infectivity duration.
