Background/aim: Angiogenesis imaging has been a valuable complement to metabolic imaging with 2-deoxy-2-[F]fluoroglucose (FDG). In our longitudinal study, we investigated the tumour heterogeneity and the relationship between FDG and [Ga]Ga-NODAGA-c(RGDfK) (RGD) accumulation in breast cancer xenografts.
Materials And Methods: Two groups of cell lines, a fast-growing (4T1) and a slow-growing cell line (MDA-MB-HER2+), were inoculated into SCID mice.

Ceramic coatings containing two-dimensional materials (2D materials) provide effective protection for light alloys during wear, significantly improving their anti-friction performance. MoS has proven highly effective in enhancing the anti-friction performance of ceramic coatings, particularly when synthesized via plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO). However, dislocation pinning due to the incoherent interfaces in MoS/TiO coatings tends to cause localized stress concentrations and brittle fracture, requiring effectively improve nanomechanical properties by optimizing interface design.

Silicon-based optical switches are integral to on-chip optical interconnects, and mode-division multiplexing (MDM) technology has enabled modes to function as carriers in routing, further boosting optical switches' link capacity. However, traditional multimode optical switches, which typically use Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) structures and mode (de)multiplexers, are complex and occupy significant physical space. In this paper, we propose and experimentally demonstrate a novel demultiplexing-free dual-mode 3 × 3 thermal-optical switch based on micro-rings (MRs) and mode exchangers (MEs).
