Brain tissue segmentation is of great value in diagnosing brain disorders. Three-dimensional (3D) and two-dimensional (2D) segmentation methods for brain Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) suffer from high time complexity and low segmentation accuracy, respectively. To address these two issues, we propose a Context-assisted full Attention Network (CAN) for brain MRI segmentation by integrating 2D and 3D data of MRI. Different from the fully symmetric structure U-Net, the CAN takes the current 2D slice, its 3D contextual skull slices and 3D contextual brain slices as the input, which are further encoded by the DenseNet and decoded by our constructed full attention network. We have validated the effectiveness of the CAN on our collected dataset PWML and two public datasets dHCP2017 and MALC2012. Our code is available at https://github.com/nwuAI/CAN.

Background And Objectives: Ecopipam is a selective antagonist of the dopamine D1 receptor, and its efficacy and safety have recently been explored in several clinical trials involving patients with Tourette syndrome (TS). The objectives of this systematic review were to determine the pooled estimate for efficacy [in terms of reduction in tic Yale Global Tic Severity Scale (YGTSS) scores] and safety of oral ecopipam in subjects with TS.
Methods: All clinical trials that explored the efficacy and/or safety of ecopipam in patients with TS were included to determine the pooled estimate for change in YGTSS, Clinical Global Impression (CGI)-TS, and the severity of comorbid attention-deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD), obsessive compulsion disorder (OCD), and depressive symptoms, as well as the nature and frequency of adverse effects.

Importance: Patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) may develop adult rheumatic diseases later in life, and prolonged or recurrent disease activity is often associated with substantial disability; therefore, it is important to identify patients with JIA at high risk of developing adult rheumatic diseases and provide specialized attention and preventive care to them.
Objective: To elucidate the full extent of the genetic association of JIA with adult rheumatic diseases, to improve treatment strategies and patient outcomes for patients at high risk of developing long-term rheumatic diseases.
Design, Setting, And Participants: In this genetic association study of 4 disease genome-wide association study (GWAS) cohorts from 2013 to 2024 (JIA, rheumatoid arthritis [RA], systemic lupus erythematosus [SLE], and systemic sclerosis [SSc]), patients in the JIA cohort were recruited from the US, Australia, and Norway (with a UK cohort included in the meta-analyzed cohort), while patients in the other 3 cohorts were recruited from US and Western European countries.
