Background The family medicine (FM) specialty is a link between the community and the hospital. FM residents performing ultrasounds, detecting problems early, and suggesting appropriate health intervention will reduce time and improve maternal health care as per the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and Saudi Vision 2030 initiative. The study's objectives are to find out the confidence of FM residents about basic ultrasound performance and the barriers associated with obstetric ultrasound at primary health care centers (PHCCs).

Background And Objective: Organised prostate cancer (PCa) testing (OPT) was introduced in Sweden to gain knowledge in preparation for a potential national PCa screening programme. This study aims to explore men's opinions regarding the OPT invitation letters and the attitudes influencing their decision to participate in or decline OPT.
Methods: We conducted semi-structured telephone interviews with 30 men (nine participants and 21 non-participants) from Stockholm County who received OPT invitations.

Objectives: This paper investigated sickness presence (SP) among students in academic upper secondary schools (USS). The research question asked was: To what extent do the prevalence of SP and reasons for SP vary between school classes in USS in Norway?
Design: A cross-sectional survey was done in the final year of USS. Multilevel modelling was used to estimate school class-level effects.
