In the ICRU Report 90, the uncertainty of the recommendation for ${{W}}_{{air}}$ was changed from 0.15 to 0.35%. The purpose of this study is to develop an absolute measurement system for ${{W}}_{{air}}$ in electrons with lower uncertainty using 60Co gamma rays. ${{W}}_{{air}}$ was determined by the ratio of the energy deposition to the number of ion pairs created in a given volume of air using a graphite calorimeter and a graphite-wall ionisation chamber. The obtained value for ${{W}}_{{air}}$ was 33.91 eV with a relative standard uncertainty of 0.08 eV (k = 1), and was in good agreement with the recommended value of the ICRU Report 90 (33.97 eV). Additionally, the uncertainty for ${{W}}_{{air}}$ obtained in this investigation is 0.23% and is comparable with that reported by Burns etĀ al., which is the lowest uncertainty in recent studies determining ${{W}}_{{air}}$ In the future, the proposed system can be used to measure ${{W}}_{{air}}$ in high-energy electron beams.

Background: Cancer-associated cachexia can inhibit immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy efficacy. Cachexia's effect on ICI therapy has not been studied in large cohorts of cancer patients aside from lung cancer. We studied associations between real-world routinely collected clinical cachexia markers and disability-free, hospitalization-free and overall survival of cancer patients.

Background: The Hispanic/Latino population is not uniform. Prevalence and clinical outcomes of cardiac arrhythmias in ethnic background subgroups are variable, but the reasons for differences are unclear. Vectorcardiographic Global Electrical Heterogeneity (GEH) has been shown to be associated with adverse cardiovascular outcomes.

Background: The Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) is a widely used 13-item shoulder-specific patient-reported outcome measure for shoulder pain disorders. The English version of SPADI is easy to use and demonstrates excellent measurement properties for clinical and research settings.
Purpose: To translate and culturally adapt an Indonesian version of SPADI (SPADI-IDN) and then validate its use in Indonesian patients.

Introduction: Tranexamic acid (TXA) is an antifibrinolytic drug commonly used in total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Intravenous (IV) and topical TXA therapy have been extensively studied and shown to reduce blood loss, length of hospital stay, and blood transfusion rates following TKA. Despite the extensive literature regarding IV and topical TXA in orthopedics, there is a current dearth of studies analyzing oral usage.

Objectives: To analyze the disease burden and inequalities of lower extremity peripheral artery disorders (LEPAD) among people aged 40 and above in the Belt and Road partner countries from 1990 to 2021.
Methods: Data were retrieved from the Global Burden of Disease 2021 database. The age-standardized prevalence rates, mortality rates, and the annual rate of years lived with disability (YLDs) of LEPAD were analyzed.
