Transparent, dark orange Ba[Au(N ) ] ⋅ 4 H O was synthesized by reaction of Ba(N ) and AuCl or HAuCl in aqueous solution. The novel barium tetraazidoaurate(III) tetrahydrate crystallizes in the monoclinic space group Cc (no. 9) with a=1813.68(17) pm, b=1737.95(11) pm, c=682.04(8) pm and β=108.849(4)°. The predominant structural features of Ba[Au(N ) ] ⋅ 4 H O are two crystallographically independent discrete anions [Au(N ) ] with gold in a tetragonal planar coordination by nitrogen. Vibrational spectra show good agreement with those of other azidoaurates(III). Upon drying, this salt was shown to be a highly explosive material.

Objective: This article aims to systematically review the studies on schizophrenia in Brazil, addressing geographical coverage as an indicator of sampling representativeness, essential to infer results' generalization. It also highlights the variation in research funding across different regions.
Methods: We searched for studies carried out until July 2023.
Background: FT596 is an induced pluripotent stem-cell (iPSC)-derived chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) natural killer (NK) cell therapy with three antitumour modalities: a CD19 CAR; a high-affinity, non-cleavable CD16 Fc receptor; and interleukin-15-interleukin-15 receptor fusion. In this study, we aimed to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) and evaluate the safety and tolerability of FT596 as monotherapy and in combination with rituximab. We also aimed to evaluate the antitumour activity and characterise the pharmacokinetics of FT596 as monotherapy and in combination with rituximab.

Background: Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disorder affecting neuromuscular junctions, leading to fluctuating muscle weakness. While many patients respond well to standard immunosuppression, a substantial subgroup faces ongoing disease activity. Emerging treatments such as complement factor C5 inhibition (C5IT) and neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) antagonism hold promise for these patients.

Background: Postpartum depression is common and may be linked to antepartum insomnia, a potentially modifiable risk factor. We examine the association between insomnia- and postpartum depression symptoms, considering whether psychiatric vulnerability moderates this link.
Method: Participants completed the Insomnia Severity Index during trimester two and three and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression questionnaire postpartum.

Background: Acral melanoma is associated with poor prognosis. Studying the characteristics and prognosis of Caucasian patients is crucial to understand the distinct features of this tumor.
Objectives: To analyze the epidemiological, clinicopathological, and prognostic features of acral melanoma in Caucasian patients.
