Results are still not up to par, even with the best efforts of conventional medicine, thus new avenues of investigation are required. Examining how immunotherapy, precision medicine, and AI are being used to manage lung cancer, this review shows how these tools can change the game for patients and increase their chances of survival.

Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are crucial components of innate immunity. A specific form of genetic variation in TLR genes may increase the chance of developing leukemia. The present investigation conducted a comprehensive meta-analysis to examine the correlation between three TLR polymorphisms, namely TLR2 (rs3804099), TLR4 (rs4986790), and TLR9 (rs187084), within the leukemia risk group.

Background: The Geriatric Nutritional Risk Index (GNRI) has shown promising potential for identifying individuals at risk for osteoporosis in various patient cohorts. However, data from the general population confirming or refuting the usefulness of the GNRI as a risk factor for osteoporosis are sparse. We therefore aimed to clarify whether the GNRI is associated with the ultrasound-based bone stiffness index and the osteoporotic fracture risk in a sample of elderly men and women from the general population.
