KW-2449 is a novel multitargeted kinase inhibitor that has been reported to alleviate chronic inflammation and altered immunity during the treatment of autoimmune diseases. The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of KW-2449 on sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy (SIC). A rat model of moderate SIC was induced using the cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) method.

To explore techniques, advantages and disadvantages of 3D Slicer reconstruction and 3D printing localization technology combined with transcranial neuroendoscopy in ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery. Retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients with hydrocephalus treated by ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery using 3D Slicer reconstruction and 3D printing positioning technology combined with transcranial neuroendoscopy in our hospital from October 2021 to March 2023. A total of 33 patients with complete data were collected, including 19 males and 14 females, aged 10-81 years.

Background: In patients with mechanical aortic and mitral valves requiring catheter ablation of ventricular tachycardia (VT), a technique for access from the right atrium (RA) to the left ventricle (LV) via puncture of the inferoseptal process of the LV was previously described in a single-center series.
Objectives: This study sought to report the multicenter experience of VT ablation using this novel LV access approach.
Methods: We assembled a multicenter registry of patients with double mechanical valves who underwent VT ablation with RA-to-LV access.

Carbon dioxide injection through coronary vein puncture can greatly reduce complications from epicardial access. We reported a case of ventricular tachycardia that was successfully ablated by this procedure under ECMO support.
