This is the case of a 50-year-old patient suffering from inflammatory low back pain. Radiological exploration showed posterior vertebral damage compatible with discovertebral pseudo-tumor tuberculosis. Pathological examination found no malignant cells, but caseous necrosis was present. The patient was put on antitubercular drugs. The evolution was favorable under treatement.

Setting And Design: Surveillance study of symptomatic glucocorticoid (GC)-induced AS with supportive biochemical evidence or presenting as an adrenal crisis, reported via the British Paediatric Surveillance Unit (BPSU) from September 2020 to September 2022.

Results: Over a 25-month period, 190 reports of symptomatic GC-induced AS/adrenal crisis were made, of which 22 were confirmed cases: 18 AS and 4 adrenal crises.

However, overdoses may present variably, and muscular and renal complications, such as rhabdomyolysis and acute kidney injury (AKI), can emerge in unexpected ways. Introduction Mucormycosis is an uncommon fungal infection caused by filamentous fungi of the Mucorales order, namely Rhizopus, Lichthemia, andMucor species. The incidence and prevalence of mucormycosis reached an all-time high during the COVID-19 pandemic due to excessive steroid use and other factors, leading to the coining of the term CAM (COVID Associated Mucormycosis).
