A 55 year-old woman presented with an invasive hemangioma of the hard palate. One year after partial surgical excision there was no sign of recurrency or oroantral fistulation. No malignant cells could be identified.

Infantile haemangioma (IH) is the most common childhood tumour, often developing in the head and neck region. It may cause disfigurement, functional impairment, or tooth developmental issues when it is present in the oral cavity. We report a case of a 2-month-old boy referred to the paediatric dentistry team with a segmental IH involving the left periorbital, cheek, and hard palate.

Maxillary intraosseous hemangiomas are rare benign vascular lesions, accounting for less than 1% of all primary bone tumors. Clinical examination often reveals a hard, painless swelling mass that is rarely pulsatile. Imaging not only helps to make a positive diagnosis but also contributes to therapeutic management.

Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma (KHE) is a rare neoplasm of the newborn, but has a very high mortality rate. In this study, we explore the application value of ultrasound radiomics in the differential diagnosis of KHE so as to provide reference for early diagnosis of KHE. When treating patients with a massive cavernous hemangioma of the liver that requires nonsurgical therapy, transcatheter arterial embolization has proven to be an effective technique. Significant advantages include the ability to obliterate the vascular supply of these lesions and the minimally invasive nature compared to surgery. A 65-year-old woman arrived at our hospital complaining primarily of stomach pain that had been there for six months.
