First Nations women in Australia diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, co-designed and attended a programmed shared medical appointment that included continuous glucose monitors and culturally responsive food appreciation activities over 8 weekly sessions to improve glycaemic control. The project was a single site, longitudinal change from baseline, mixed methods, feasibility study using HbA1c as the primary outcome measure. Secondary outcome measures included, weight, metabolic health-related blood panels, CGM, Blood Glucose Levels (BGL) time-in-range percentage, Patient Activation Measure (PAM) and Problem Areas In Diabetes (PAID) tools and client satisfaction survey and semi focussed interviews.

The cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCLs) comprise a diverse set of diseases with equally diverse presentations ranging from asymptomatic solitary lesions to highly aggressive diseases with propensity for visceral spread. The more aggressive CTCLs, which herein we consider as certain cases of advanced-stage mycosis fungoides/Sézary syndrome (MF/SS), primary cutaneous CD8+ aggressive epidermotropic cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma (PCAETCL), and primary cutaneous gamma delta T-cell lymphoma (PCGDTCL), require systemic therapy. Over the last 5 years, treatment options for MF/SS have expanded with biological insights leading to new therapeutic options and increasingly unique management strategies.

Background: Although the prescription of physical activity in clinical care has been advocated worldwide, in the Netherlands, "Exercise is Medicine" (E = M) is not yet routinely implemented in clinical care.
Methods: A set of implementation strategies was pilot implemented to test its feasibility for use in routine care by clinicians in 2 departments of a university medical center. An extensive learning process evaluation was performed, using structured mixed methods methodology, in accordance with the Reach, Effect, Adoption, Implementation, and Maintenance framework.

Interoception is the perception of the body's internal signals in response to various external and internal stimuli. The present study uses a novel method adapted from the CARdiac Elevation Detection Task to examine cardiac interoception objectively and subjectively in a unique context-in the presence of art. Self-report questionnaires were used to measure subjective interoceptive awareness, subjective interoceptive accuracy, and aesthetic appreciation.

However, the current literature offers little insight into evidence-based approaches and best practices.
