Introduction And Importance: Orbital lymphomas, are extranodal lymphomas primarily involving the ocular adnexa, which includes conjunctiva, eyelids, eyelashes, eyebrows, lacrimal glands, retro-orbital soft tissues, and the extraocular muscles. Ocular adnexal lymphomas can be primary or secondary. This case is important because there are few case reports in the world, and it is among the first case to be reported from Ethiopia.

Castleman disease is a lymphadenopathy of unknown cause at a single site, which is designated as unicentric Castleman disease, or at multiple sites designated as multicentric Castleman disease. We present a patient who showed axillary reactive lymphoid hyperplasia, likely due to unicentric Castleman disease, and orbital extranodal marginal zone B-cell lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma in a six-year follow-up. A 76-year-old man had a painless left axillary mass for an unknown period and also left complete blepharoptosis with no other systemic symptoms.

Solitary eyelid neurofibroma is a rare condition, and there have been no reported cases of solitary eyelid neurofibroma involving the proximal lacrimal drainage system. A 6-year-old male presented with recurrent painless swelling in the medial part of the left lower eyelid. The patient was misdiagnosed as eyelid polyp and underwent excision biopsy twice elsewhere.
