During dissection of a 70-year-old male donor, several anatomical variations were observed, highlighted by a bilateral variant middle scalene muscle in the superolateral thoracic wall. A boy with bilateral congenital anomalies of the upper extremities with transverse absence of the left arm (agenesis) and absence of right thumb (disgenesis), fixed elbow in extension due to humeroradial synostosis thought that the humerus was intact. His wrist could move passively with 50° flexion, 0° extension, and 70° radial deviation. The other 4 fingers were intact, 4-5 metatarsal bones were in synostosis, and the fifth finger was clinodactyly.

Introduction: Road traffic accidents (RTA) account for a sizable portion of morbidity and mortality globally, with a particularly high incidence among young and active individuals. Patients presenting with polytrauma require a multidisciplinary approach guided by protocols for advanced trauma life support.
Case Report: We report the case of a 31-year-old female, transferred-in to our center following primary care after an RTA on June 17th, 2023.

Ovarian agenesis (OA) is a rare congenital condition characterized by the absence of one or both ovaries, often associated with chromosomal abnormalities, hormonal imbalances, and structural deformities. The condition is frequently diagnosed in females presenting with primary amenorrhea and delayed sexual development. This case report highlights a unique presentation of bilateral ovarian agenesis in a patient with chromosome X translocation, bone modeling disease, and primary amenorrhea.
