The global atmospheric greenhouse gas (GHG) accumulation trajectory has been subjected to fluctuations in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Country-level virus prevalence and geography conditions added complexity to understanding atmospheric GHG accumulation sensitivities in terms of the growth rate. Here, extensive data sets were comprehensively analyzed to capture historical and projected fate of atmospheric GHG concentrations.

Air pollution constitutes a significant worldwide environmental challenge, presenting threats to both our well-being and the purity of our food supply. This study suggests employing Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) models featuring Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) units for forecasting PM10 particle levels in multiple locations in Skopje simultaneously over a time span of 1, 6, 12, and 24 hours. Historical air quality measurement data were gathered from various local sensors positioned at different sites in Skopje, along with data on meteorological conditions from publicly available APIs.

During the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, we deployed a rapid, mobile phone-based survey to assess access and participation rates when using mobile phones to collect data on COVID-19 in Rakai, south-central Uganda. We sampled prior Rakai Community Cohort Study (RCCS) participants based on HIV status using mobile phone contacts. We administered a 30-minute phone-based interview to consenting participants to assess their knowledge about different aspects of COVID-19 and their access to care.

The study determined the impact of restrictions introduced by the Ministry of Health in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic on traffic and sound pressure levels in the university building and its immediate vicinity. Mickiewicza Street was selected for the study. It is one of the city's busiest streets, located relatively close to the old historic center, and is the main artery connecting the north and south of the city.
