The environmental crises we see around the world reflect a strict hierarchy between human beings and the natural world. This study examines the remarkable effectiveness of Withaferin-A (WA), a withanolide obtained from Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha), in encountering the mortiferous breast malignancy, a global peril. The predominant objective is to investigate WA's intrinsic target proteins and hedgehog (Hh) pathway proteins in breast cancer targeting through the application of in silico computational techniques and network pharmacology predictions. The databases and webtools like Swiss target prediction, GeneCards, DisGeNet and Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man were exploited to identify the common target proteins.

Importance: Black patients are more likely than White patients to be restrained during behavioral crises in emergency departments (EDs). Although the perils of policing mental health for Black individuals are recognized, it is unclear whether or to what extent police transport mediates the association between Black race and use of physical restraint in EDs.
Objective: To evaluate the degree to which police transport mediates the association between Black race and use of physical restraint in EDs.
Artificial intelligence (AI) methods, especially machine learning and natural language processing, are increasingly affecting health professions education (HPE), including the medical school application and selection processes, assessment, and scholarship production. The rise of large language models over the past 18 months, such as ChatGPT, has raised questions about how best to incorporate these methods into HPE. The lack of training in AI among most HPE faculty and scholars poses an important challenge in facilitating such discussions.
