The title compound, CHN, was synthesized by dispersing 3,4-hexa-nedione in a methanol-water solution containing the acid catalyst NHHF, then adding 1,2-di-aminona-phthalene. The fused-ring system of the title compound is close to planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.028 Å); one of the pendant methyl C atoms lies close to the ring plane [deviation = 0.071 (2) Å; N-C-C-C = -0.27 (18)°] whereas the other is significantly displaced [-1.7136 (18) Å; 91.64 (16)°]. The mol-ecules pack in space group in a distinctive criss-cross motif supported by numerous aromatic π-π stacking inter-actions [shortest centroid-centroid separation = 3.5805 (6) Å].

Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria two researchers performed the primary and secondary screening based on the title abstract and full text. After data extraction, meta-analysis was performed using STATA software.

In a systematic study, six pseudopolymorphic coordination polymers containing the ditopic 1,3-di(pyridin-4-yl)urea ligand (4bpu) constructed with d metal cations, possessing the formula {[M(4bpu)I]S} [(M = Zn, Cd and Hg), (S = MeOH or EtOH)], namely Zn-MeOH, Zn-EtOH, Cd-MeOH, Cd-EtOH, Hg- and Hg-EtOH were obtained. The title compounds were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis (SC-XRD), elemental analysis (CHN), FT-IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD). The diffraction studies show that these compounds are isostructural 1D zig-zag chain coordination polymers which is also confirmed using XPac 2.

Introduction: Effects of Dapagliflozin (Dapa) and Dapagliflozin-Saxagliptin combination (Combo) was examined on peripheral blood derived CD34 + Hematopoetic Stem Cells (HSCs) as a cellular CVD biomarker. Both Dapa (a sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 or SGLT2, receptor inhibitor) and Saxagliptin (a Di-peptydl-peptidase-4 or DPP4 enzyme inhibitor) are commonly used type 2 diabetes mellitus or T2DM medications, however the benefit of using the combination has not been evaluated for cardio-renal risk assessment, in a real-life practice setting, compared to a placebo.
Hypothesis: We hypothesized that Dapa will improve the outcomes when compared to placebo and the Combo maybe even more beneficial.
