To develop a machine learning logistic regression algorithm that can classify patients with an idiopathic macular hole (IMH) into those with good or poor vison at 6 months after a vitrectomy. Importance: Emergency medical services (EMS) providers transiently ascend to high altitude for primary missions and secondary transports in mountainous areas in helicopters that are unpressurised and do not have facilities for oxygen supplementation. The decrease in cerebral oxygen saturation can lead to impairment in attention and reaction time as well as in quality of care during acute exposure to altitude.
Objective: The primary aim of the current study was to investigate the effect of oxygen supplementation on cognitive performance in Helicopter EMS (HEMS) providers during acute exposure to altitude.

: Brolucizumab (IVBr) is a recently introduced anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) which has been found to be very effective in treating neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD). We reported our findings in a case of nAMD that developed intraocular inflammation (IOI) after IVBr injections. : A 79-year-old man was referred to our hospital complaining of reduced vision in both eyes of one-month's duration.

This study investigated the gap between the concerns reported by professionals and parents' perceptions regarding health and dietary habits by age (18 months and 3 years) and gender in Japan.
Methods: The study design consisted of a cross-sectional, multilevel survey.
