Background And Objective: TRIV is a new and promising technique based on the fact that Vulva can be divided into three circular zones based on anatomy, embryology, and histology- Outer, Middle, and Inner ring. The Vulvoscopy Index and N-S-P scheme are objective tools to improve the systematization of vulvoscopy findings and to simplify information management using TRIV.
Methods: Hundred women with vulvar complaints (Cases) and 100 asymptomatic women (Controls) underwent TRIV and findings were documented as per N-S-P Scheme and Vulvoscopy Index.

Background: Vulvar cancer is a rare tumor whose prognosis depends on early treatment.
Aim: The study aimed to evaluate the role of adjuvant radiotherapy (RT) in the treatment of vulvar cancer and to identify the prognostic factors influencing the tumor evolution.
Methods: descriptive and analytical study included 38 patients treated by adjuvant RT, during the period from 1995 to 2020, for vulvar cancer in the oncological radiotherapy department of Farhat Hached University Hospital in Sousse.

This case report describes Zoon's vulvitis or plasma cell vulvitis (PCV) with coexisting lichen planus (LP) treated with methotrexate. PCV is a rare, chronic, benign idiopathic inflammatory condition of the vulvar mucosa, characterized by a bright-red, chronic lesion of mucosa. Typically, it presents as atrophic, shiny, red plaques that can affect any part of the vulva and can spread symmetrically and bilaterally with the propensity of chronicity and gradual coalescence.

Many clinicians recommend that patients diagnosed with HPV-related gynecologic cancers receive prophylactic HPV vaccination at the time of cancer diagnosis or after cancer treatment. In view of the large use of such practice, we aimed to assess the literature evidence supporting the use of prophylactic HPV vaccines after diagnosis or treatment of HPV-related gynecologic cancers. Women who develop HPV-related cervical, vaginal, and vulvar cancers represent a subgroup of patients who may be particularly sensitive to HPV infection and re-acquire infections.
